More Than Posting
Social media should support a business goal — not become another disconnected task.A strong social presence starts by understanding who you want to reach, what matters to them, what questions they have, where they spend time, and what would help them take an appropriate next step. That is why DWD looks beyond individual posts. Social media can attract attention, build familiarity, answer questions, strengthen trust, support search and website traffic, encourage inquiries, and continue the customer relationship after the first sale or service. |
One Core Idea → Multiple TouchpointsInstagramFacebookWebsiteEmailConnected Marketing System
A stronger presence comes from connection — not random posting. |
Before we ask “What should we post?” we ask better questions.
Your content should be shaped by the people you want to reach and by what your business actually needs social media to accomplish.
01Audience + Customer NeedWho are you trying to reach? What problem, question, need, desire, or goal brings them to your business? What information would help them feel more confident? |
02Business + Marketing GoalAre you building awareness, generating qualified inquiries, driving website visits, supporting a launch, educating customers, encouraging appointments, or strengthening loyalty? |
03Platform + CapacityNot every business belongs on every platform. We consider audience behavior, content requirements, available resources, and a publishing pace you can realistically maintain. |
Content With a Purpose
Different people need different information before they are ready to act.We plan content around the customer journey instead of treating every follower as though they are immediately ready to buy. |

Connected Digital Marketing
Your social media should not feel like a separate business from your website, email, and search presence.Where it makes sense, DWD plans social media as part of a larger marketing system. A useful website resource can become social content. Social content can drive people to a service page or landing page. Email can continue a conversation. Search-friendly topics can inform future content. |
Social Media → discovery, conversation, visibility, community
Website → deeper information, trust, services, conversion
Email → permission-based follow-up, education, offers, nurturing
Search + Content → answer real questions and support discoverability
Analytics → evaluate what is helping the business move toward its goal

Start with the level of support your business actually needs.
Monthly plans are based on core content volume and agreed platforms. One core content idea may be adapted for multiple platforms rather than treated as separate content every time.

A few things to know before we start.
Does “3 posts per week” mean 3 posts on every platform?
No. It means up to three core content pieces each week. Those pieces may then be appropriately adapted for up to three agreed platforms. The goal is efficient, platform-aware repurposing — not creating nine unrelated posts every week.
Which social media platforms should my business use?
That depends on your audience, business model, available content, goals, and capacity. DWD does not recommend being everywhere simply for the sake of having more accounts.
Can I approve content before it is posted?
Yes. Managed plans can use an agreed review and approval process so you know what is scheduled before it goes live.
Do you create Reels and video content?
Short-form video concepts and simple edits can be incorporated when they fit the plan. Advanced video production, filming, or extensive editing may require additional scope and pricing.
Do you manage paid social media advertising?
Paid advertising can be discussed separately when appropriate. Ad spend and any required third-party tools or fees are not included in standard monthly social media plans.
Do you guarantee followers, leads, or sales?
No legitimate marketing provider can guarantee a specific number of followers, leads, or sales. DWD focuses on sound strategy, useful content, consistent execution, appropriate calls to action, and ongoing refinement based on relevant performance signals.
Do you use AI to create social media content?
AI may be used as a productivity tool for research support, brainstorming, drafting, organization, or content development. Final content should still reflect the business, audience, brand voice, facts, and objectives rather than being published as unreviewed generic AI output.
Can social media connect with my website or email marketing?
Yes — and that is often the stronger approach. Social content can direct people to website resources, service pages, forms, or landing pages, while email can continue the conversation after someone chooses to subscribe or inquire.
Let’s create a social media plan that fits your business — not somebody else’s template.
Whether you want content created for you, full scheduling support, or help building a system your team can manage, DWD can help you choose a realistic next step.
